BreathBetter™ Return and Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and the invoice.
  • Personalised items, opened or used products, and hygiene items (e.g., earbuds, personal care devices) are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return request through our website or by contacting customer service.
  2. Once your return request is approved, send the product to the provided return address. Shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return.
  3. After the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

Exchange Conditions

  • You can request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • If the requested replacement product is out of stock, we will either cancel the order and issue a refund or offer the option to select another product of equal value.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • For items damaged during delivery or found to have manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For such cases, the return or exchange process will be expedited, and no additional costs will be incurred.
